Project administrators can add or remove users and organizations from a project. Additionally they can specify roles of particular users on a project.
Organization admins can add / remove the project admin permission for a user via the Users page
Adding a user
To add a user, simply click the "Add user to project button". You can type the users name (if they are part of your organization) or the users email address. If the user is on the allsite system already it will add them immediately
If the user is not in the allsite system, you will need to fill in some information about the user. This triggers an invitation to be sent to their email address prompting them to join allsite.ai.

Once the user is added you will be able to see them in the list. You can edit their project permissions.
Editing Project Permissions
Edit project permissions by clicking the icon next to the users name. Depending on the users organization permissions they will be able to be assigned different roles on the project.
Toggle the permissions you would like the user to have.
If the user does not have any organization permissions (ie if they were invited to allsite.ai and do not have an organizational account) the icon will be greyed out.

Approving Project Access
If a user was added to the project by a non-admin user (ie via a drawing release) project admins will be notified that they need to approve the user for access. Click the tick next to their name, this grants the user permission for the project.

Sending invitation to a user
If a user was added to the project by a non-admin user and they are not part of allsite.ai project admins need to invite the the user and give permission for access. Click the paper plane icon next to their name, this sends the user an email request to join allsite.ai. You can customize the invitation message.
Adding an organization
You can add an entire organization to a project, this provides view only access to the project for every user in that organization. It is useful if giving access to a contractor where you don't know who will be on site wanting to view the published drawings.
Click the add organization button and search for the organization. If the organization is not on the system you will need to email the organization and get them to set up an account.
Once the organization has been added you will see them in the Project Organization table. Now when any user logs onto allsite.ai they will see this project on their dashboard.
