Sign up workflow

New User and New Organization

The sign-up workflow is for the first user from an organization to create an account.

  1. Sign in using your Microsoft account. See below for information and troubleshooting.

  2. Select your country. If you select a country we do not currently support, you can enter your email address and we will notify you when Allsite.ai becomes available.

Allsite web sign-up workflow step 1: Select your country with supported-country dropdown, Microsoft account sign-in, and Next button.
  3. Agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.

  5. Fill in your organization details.

Allsite web sign-up workflow step 4: Create organization form with organization name, organization type, address lookup, domain, website, timezone, and Register button.
  6. Our admin team needs to approve all new organizations. This provides an additional layer of security. Approval usually takes around 30 minutes but can take up to 24 hours.

New user and existing organization

This process is the same as the process above, but without the organization creation step. Users are automatically added to their organization.

Microsoft Identity

Allsite.ai uses Microsoft Identity to ensure robust, secure access to your account. This also means Allsite.ai does not need to store any passwords associated with user accounts.

When signing up for the first time, you will need to grant certain Microsoft permissions. You must accept access to the Allsite.ai app to continue with the sign-in process.

Which permissions do we use?

What data do we get?

Maintain access to data you have given access to

This scope is present so we can request refresh tokens from Microsoft Graph API. This is required by Microsoft’s single sign-on framework.

View your basic profile information

We use your email and username to look up your user account in the Allsite.ai platform.

Read your profile

We read basic information from your user profile, including an ID for your organization.

After authenticating with Microsoft, you will be directed to a user creation page where you can enter basic information and agree to the terms and conditions. If you are already part of an organization, you will then navigate to the Allsite.ai home page. If you have not created an organization yet, you will be required to create your organization profile next.

Troubleshooting

Depending on your organization’s security settings, you may be required to get access from your organization’s IT admin team. In this case, you will see a pop-up like this when you attempt to sign up. After getting approval, you will be able to sign up. This is only required once for your organization. IT admins may need to grant consent using Microsoft Entra in this case. Learn more here.

If the Microsoft Entra approval process has issues, the IT admin can grant app access by signing in with their Microsoft account at Allsite.ai and selecting Grant Access. The IT admin is not required to create an account; they only need to grant access to their organization.
