Service AI will, by default automatically create catchments, but, if you want fine control of catchment boundaries they can be drawn in manually.
Level AI will also use the catchments to ensure catchment boundaries are set as high points in the surface.
To add a manual catchment into your model, select the Servicing -> Storm catchment and draw in closed polylines defining each catchment.
