Usage Dashboard

Guide to interpreting the Usage Dashboard

The usage dashboard is only available for Organization admins and Project admins. See your Organization admin to gain access. The alert/limits can only be set by admins.

The usage dashboard can be viewed under the Organization group in the side bar and can be used to monitor tool runs and token usage. The dashboard shows various stats regarding token and run usage over time.

A summary of the usage is also provided to all users on the Overview page. If you have limits / alerts set up these will show here.

Alerts/Limits

Alerts and Limits can be set at an organization level (monthly) and a project level (project life-time). The following types of alerts can be set up:

Organization Level

Set a monthly limit, this is a hard limit and jobs will be blocked from running once hit. Once a hard limit is set up you can set up usage alerts at different % thresholds.

Project Level

Set a life-time cap for a project, once hit subsequent jobs will be blocked. Once a hard limit is set up you can set up usage alerts at different % thresholds.
